The Office of the Rector is the highest office of the Institute. The Rector is the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute and is responsible for guiding the overall planning, direction, growth/ development, organization, management, discipline, and the achievement of the Institute’s Strategic Plan. He/she serves as the chief academician, administrator, strategist, and disciplinarian in the Institute. The Rector is also mandated to see to the sound and effective financial management issues of the Institute under the able direction of the Institute Governing Board.
